REFUNDS AND PRIVACY POLICY
At Lino Muses, quality and comfort are paramount. Impeccable design is inseparable from the use of quality fabrics and maximum comfort when wearing the garment. We believe that clothes should last a long time and bring joy and satisfaction every day.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
If you wish, you can exchange or return the purchased goods within 14 days after the day of delivery of your order.
Product exchange is possible only if we have the desired product. If we do not have the desired item, the buyer will be refunded.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the items are in perfect condition: complete, unworn, unused, unwashed, with attached tags and original packaging.
A refund or a new item will be sent within 20 days of receipt of your letter stating that you wish to return or exchange the item, but not before you return the item you purchased from us or provide written evidence that it was sent to us.
In the event of a product return, we will refund the money received for the product, including the cost of our cheapest standard delivery, to the same payment account from which your payment order was initiated.
The buyer is responsible for shipping the returned goods back to Lino Muse. The buyer must return the goods to us or send them to us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
WHAT TO DO IN THE CASE OF A LOW-QUALITY PRODUCT?
If the product you purchased does not meet the quality requirements and you used the product in accordance with the recommendations provided by us and the requirements normally applicable to the relevant products, you have the right to request:
– that the product is replaced with a product of suitable quality, except in cases where the defects are minor or were caused by the buyer’s fault;
– to reduce the purchase price accordingly;
– that “Lino muza” removes the defects of the item free of charge within the agreed term or reimburses the reasonable expenses of the buyer to correct them, if it is possible to remove the defects;
– for “Lino muza” to return the amount paid, when the sale of an item of inadequate quality is a fundamental breach of the contract.
The money for the product is returned or a new product is sent within 14 days of your written request to return or exchange the product and the day the product itself is returned to us. We will cover the cost of returning the product, which corresponds to the cost of the cheapest normal delivery only. We refund the money by transferring it to the same payment account from which your payment order was initiated.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
1. We recommend filling out the return-exchange form. You can download it here (mark).
2. Use the carrier service company of your choice.
3. We recommend using the tracking number of the shipment.
4. Securely seal the package and send it via post machines:

We do not compensate for goods lost during delivery.
Returns will only be accepted if the returned items are in perfect condition.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item has been damaged or otherwise damaged during the return process. damage.
