Sending back

Quality and comfort are the most important things for „Lino mūza“. Immaculate design is inseparable from  the use of qualitative fabrics and maximum comfort wearing clothes. We are of the opinion that clothes should last a long time and give joy and satisfaction every day.

REPLACEMENT AND SENDING BACK OF GOODS

If you wish, you can replace or send back the obtained goods within 14 days after delivery of the item.

The replacement of the goods is only possible if we have them in stock. If we do not have the required item, we refund.

Sending back or replacement are only possible if the goods are in perfect condition: complete sets, unworn, unused, unwashed, with attached labels and in original packaging.

Goods are refunded or a new item is sent within 20 days after receiving your letter in which your request to send back or replace the item is expressed, but not earlier than you return the obtained item or present written evidence that the item has been sent to us.

In case of the product return, we pay back the money for the item, including the expenses of the cheapest usual delivery, to the same account from which your initial payment was made.

The customer is responsible for delivery of the goods back to „Lino mūza“. The customer has to return the goods or send them back no later than within 14 days from the day of submission of his request to return the item.

Gift vouchers can not be returned.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF LOW-QUALITY ITEM?

If the item you obtained does not meet the quality requirements and you used the item following our recommendations and usual requirements applied to relevant goods, you have the right to ask:
– to replace the item by a qualitative one, with the exception if the defects are minor or they were caused because of the customer‘s fault;
– to lower the purchasing price;
– „Lino mūza“ to eliminate the defects within the agreed  time for free or compensate the customer‘s expenses for eliminating those defects if they are possible to be eliminated;
– „Lino mūza“ to refund when the sale of the poor quality item is an essential breach of contract.

The refund is paid or a new item is sent within 14 days after receiving your letter in which your request to send back or replace the item is expressed and the day of return of the item itself.  We cover the expenses related to the return of the item which correspond to the cheapest usual delivery expenses. We pay back the money for the item to the same account from which your initial payment was made.

HOW TO RETURN THE ITEM?

1. We recommend to fill in the return-replacement form. You can download it here (mark).

2. Use your chosen carrier service company.
3. We recommend to use the shipment tracking number.
4. Safely seal the packaging and send using post machines:

NOTES:
We do not compensate for the lost goods during the shipment.
 The return is acceptable if the goods being returned are in perfect condition.
 We reserve the right to reduce the amount of the refund if the item was damaged or experienced other damage during the return process.

RETURN OR REPLACEMENT OF THE ITEM

Within 14 calendar days it is possible to return or replace the wrong/ defected item.

  • The item being returned or replaced must be not damaged, without its lost commercial appearance, unworn and unused, with „Lino mūza“ labels and all packaging bags.

  • The item made according to an individual order cannot be returned or replaced.

  • The customer pays for the transportation costs of the item being returned.
